What's the difference between the plans? With A-to-Z Management, you are paying for an e-commerce store manager to check your account daily and handle all the backend work. If you don't have anyone in-house to handle this, you'll need this option.
How is pricing determined? Pricing is based on the size of the account, the number of products, and the amount of work required.
What is the Term Agreement? While our goal is multi-year partnerships, agreements are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. You can also switch to a 6 or 12-month agreement anytime at a discount.
What's included in the setup fee? The setup fee covers the intensive work associated with the first month: onboarding, initial keyword and competitor research, and front and backend audits.
Why are you different from other agencies? We see the big picture. Unlike most agencies, we handle your e-commerce marketing from a holistic standpoint, not just the PPC dashboard. Also, our clients consistently praise our communication.
What kind of results should I expect? Results depend on many factors, but some clients have experienced a 2-10X increase in sales.
How long does it take to see results? While some changes may yield immediate improvements, SEO and PPC campaigns typically require 3-6 months to show significant results.
Do you offer revshare or profitshare-based pricing? Typically not to start, but if it makes sense to switch to a profit-share setup down the road, we can have that discussion.
Will I be handed off to a junior employee? No. All of our Account Managers are US-based and have 6+ years of expertise.
Why is creative/graphic design not included? Paying for a professional to design & write your infographics ensures you get the highest conversion rate possible, which is a no-brainer ROI. Going "cheap" on creative is always more expensive in the long run.
