Fluorescents use the same high quality, water-base, vinyl acrylic binder found in Off Broadway Paints. It is suitable for use on most surfaces after the surface has been properly prepped. It's exactly what you need for your stage or haunted house projects. This latex paint is very durable and cleans up with water. Best used if is painted over white flat latex first.
